Neck Pain 

Neck ache or stiffness usually occurs due to:

  • Poor posture

  • Working at a desk for too long

  • Sleeping in a bad position

  • Strains from exercise

  • Stress

For ‘at home treatment’, apply cool-packs to the neck for the first few days and follow with a heat compress if pain continues.
