Sacroiliac joint sprains / hip pain

Sacroiliac joint sprain are the dimples in the back pf the hip where the hip meets the lowest part of the spine known as the sacrum. This joint is heavily surrounded by ligaments when overly-loaded, tear and can cause debilitating pain. Worth noting are associated sprains in the lowest side joints of the spine (facet joints) – these often can be arthralgic. But more commonly it is the strain within the muscle attachments and sprains within the ligament attachments to the transverse processes of the spine that cause pain.
